About

A desk, a camera and clients who stayed.

I'm Stephen Ellul. I run Growth Bully, co-own Mamori and I'm building Breezflo. Everything I sell to clients, I run on my own companies first.

Most businesses I meet don't have a leads problem. They have a follow-up problem and a who-is-on-the-call problem.

That is the work: ads that reach the owners and directors who sign, follow-up that answers every enquiry within minutes, and a calendar that fills with people who can say yes. Counted in the client's own CRM, not in an ad dashboard.

I review every deliverable that leaves Growth Bully. Clients stay 2.9 years on average, and the ones that stay longest are the ones who can see every sale we brought them.

01The story so far

From a spare room to the stage.

Eight moments from my own camera roll, 2020 to 2025.

  1. 2020
Stephen in a red hoodie at a home desk with two monitors, March 2020

    The spare room

Lockdown, a desk in St Julian’s and two screens. I learned paid ads the slow way: my own money, my own mistakes, one account at a time.

  2. 2021
A camera on a tripod filming Stephen at a desk against a yellow wall, June 2021

    The yellow wall

One light, a tripod and a camera in San Gwann. I started filming short videos about what was working in ads, because nobody books a call with a stranger.

  3. 2021
Stephen smiling at a desk with a laptop against a yellow wall, June 2021

    The first photos

The same yellow wall, a laptop and a mug. Growth Bully gets a face.

  4. 2021
Stephen in a pink hoodie standing in an empty new office, November 2021

    The first office

Growth Bully moves into Msida. Empty desks, flat-pack boxes and a lease that felt huge at the time.

  5. 2022
Stephen sitting cross-legged on an office floor with a laptop, October 2022

    No desk needed

Working from the office floor. The clients were the priority; the furniture could wait.

  6. 2023
Stephen in a black suit holding a glass award at the JCI Malta TOYP night, November 2023

    JCI Malta

    TOYP awards night in Naxxar.

  7. 2025
Stephen holding the Social Impact Award on stage at Startup Festival 2025

    Startup Festival

Mamori, the nutrition app I co-own, wins the Social Impact Award.

  8. Now

    Three companies, one playbook.

Growth Bully runs the Decision Maker Pipeline™ for established businesses in Malta and the UK. Mamori tells you in seconds whether a food product fits your health needs: over 2,000 people scanned 70,000+ products in its first two months. Breezflo is outbound that runs itself for sales teams, in build.

02How I work

Three rules I don't break.

01

Count sales, not clicks.

Every result I quote is a booked call, a sale or a cost per lead, tracked in the client's own systems, with the client named next to it.

02

Same process, every client.

One proven system, run the same way every time. Custom work is where agencies slow down and results get lost.

03

Test it on my own money first.

If I recommend a channel, an offer or a tool, I have already run it on Growth Bully, Mamori or Breezflo.
